What happens on the free audit?
A 20-minute call. Before it, I go through your ads, Google profile and website. On the call I show you where leads are leaking. You get one price in writing and the 45-day guarantee, or an honest "I'm not the right fit." You keep the findings either way.
Who do you work with?
Home service businesses in Ventura County: turf, hardscape and landscaping, remodeling, fencing, pools, painting, roofing and pressure washing. If homeowners hire you for it, it's worth a call.
How fast do leads come in?
Paid campaigns usually start bringing leads within the first couple of weeks after launch. The guarantee window is 45 days from launch.
What does it cost?
One clear monthly price, in writing, after the audit. It depends on your service area, goals and ad budget. No setup fee. Your ad spend goes straight to Meta on your own card, never through me.
How does the guarantee work?
10 qualified leads in your first 45 days, or my management fee is waived each month until you get them. A qualified lead is a real homeowner in your service area who asked for your service and left a name and phone number. It applies when your ad budget meets the minimum in your proposal, campaigns run the full 45 days, and you call leads back fast.
Am I locked into a contract?
Three months to give the campaigns a real shot, then month to month with 7 days' notice.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Crew footage, before-and-afters and customer reactions work great. If you're comfortable on camera it helps, but it's never required.
Is this just boosting posts?
No. Boosting buys likes from whoever. I run lead campaigns aimed at homeowners in your service area, built to bring in names and phone numbers.
What is Sonar?
The dashboard I built. Every lead texts your phone the second it comes in, missed calls get an automatic text back, and you see which ad booked which job. You log in any time.
I don't have a website. Is that a problem?
No. If you don't have one, or yours is outdated, I'll build you a new one before we meet. It's free and yours to keep.
